Welcome to Schoenstatt of Indiana!

Mother of the Eucharist Wayside Shrine in Delphi, Indiana

Schoenstatt is a Catholic lay movement that strives to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the example of Mary, the Blessed Mother. Schoenstatt is a place of grace (“a beautiful place”) and an all-encompassing life spirituality. It was founded on October 18, 1914 by Father Joseph Kentenich in the Rhine valley in west-central Germany in a small chapel, where “God willed it so Mary set up her throne of grace”. Today the Schoenstatt movement has grown to include millions of members throughout the world with 200 “daughter shrine chapels” and is a vital life stream in the church and for the church.
This Shrine is located at 1565 US-421, Delphi, IN 46923
